voco The Club – Dublin Gateway, Ireland: Located just 15 miles from Dublin, in County Kildare, voco The Club – Dublin Gateway offers 50 guest rooms. While a full rebranding as an IHG property is anticipated by the end of the summer, the hotel is already participating in IHG One Rewards. Situated directly below Ortahisar Castle, this unique property will offer just 36 guest rooms within a natural cave setting. Marriott Expanding City Express by Marriott in Brazil: Marriott has signed a deal for seven City Express by Marriott hotels in Brazil, marking the brand’s debut in the country. These hotels will open in Northeast Brazil beginning in 2028, as part of a larger plan to open 30 City Express by Marriott hotels in Brazil over the next 15 years.

IHG Growing Holiday Inn Brand in Japan: IHG will convert two hotels in Japan to ANA Holiday Inn properties. The 130-room Celecton Premier Kobe Sanda Hotel will become ANA Holiday Inn Kobe Sanda, while the 126-room Hotel Bientos will become the ANA Holiday Inn Tosu. Both properties will undergo extensive renovations and rebrand as IHG properties in 2026.
