The Travel and Nature categories have also been separated into Best Travel and Adventure Program and Best Nature and Science Program. Notably, the Best Original Song category has been removed from the Daytime Emmys.

To qualify for submission, shows must adhere to specific guidelines, with only daytime dramas (soaps) allowed for fictional programming. Content with mature themes is not permitted.
